Equipment and Service Outsourcing
Some of what a study needs cannot come from your own organization and does not fit a standard service line: a calibrated freezer in a city you have no presence in, a document cabinet before an activation date, a specialist task nobody has scoped yet. We source it through our provider network, or set up a new provider agreement where none exists.
What this covers
- Specification of study-specific equipment per site
- Sourcing, quotation and purchase
- Delivery coordination and installation at the site
- Calibration, warranty and maintenance documentation where required
- Tracking each item against the site and the study through to study close
- Scoping service needs that no standard line covers, in writing, before anything is committed
- Sourcing those services from our contracted provider network, or setting up a new provider agreement where none exists
- Running everything sourced under the same tracking and reporting as our other services
