We read it and come back to you
A person reads your message, not a routing rule. If something is unclear we ask before we scope anything.

We confirm scope in writing
Services, responsibilities, timeline and reporting are set out and agreed with you first. Nothing starts before that.

The service goes live
Within 24 hours when the provider is already under agreement with us, within 7 calendar days when a new agreement has to be set up first.
