Destruction Management

At close-out, material has to leave the site in a way you can still evidence years later: investigational product that was never used, expired sample kits, equipment that cannot simply be reassigned. We run that process end to end, so nothing is destroyed before it is reconciled and nothing leaves without a certificate.

Reconciliation of investigational product against accountability records before anything is destroyed
Obtaining and recording sponsor authorization for each destruction batch
Controlled destruction of unused, expired and returned investigational product
